Case managers are assigned to students upon enrolment and the case manager continues to support the student, connect with health teams, census schools and parents while the student is a shared enrolment in our School.

The Educational Case Manager (PDF 33KB) provides information on what a teacher at Sydney Children's Hospital School does for all, some and few.
