The SCHS Learning and Support Team (LST) is responsible for educational decision making related to coordinating and providing additional support for students enrolled in SCHS and who are at a transition point, have identified needs additional to the teaching and learning program at the school. These may include academic, social, emotional, physical and/or behavioural needs. The LST has membership inclusive of DEC and Health (RMLPC, BOT, CNC, other).
Parents, health professionals or census schools may have an educational concern for a child or young person enrolled at SCHS and can completed the above form and email to sydchnhos-s.school@det.nsw.edu.au marked "Attention: SCHS LST Coordinator".
